MNM will NOT be releasing a standard protocol for this blend.
There is currently not enough clinical research on combining retatrutide and tirzepatide for us to responsibly create or recommend a dosing protocol. There is also very limited reliable information available regarding the use of these two compounds together.
If you choose to explore this blend as part of your own biohacking journey, we HIGHLY encourage you to do your own research, understand both compounds individually, and make informed decisions based on your own risk tolerance.
This will be our only general guide and announcement regarding the Reta 20 mg + Tirz 40 mg blend.
Because Reta and Tirz are combined in ONE vial, they are locked into a fixed 1:2 ratio.
That means whenever you increase your dose, you are increasing BOTH Reta and Tirz at the same time. You cannot adjust one without changing the other.
For reference:
Reta 0.5 mg = Tirz 1 mg
Reta 1 mg = Tirz 2 mg
Reta 2 mg = Tirz 4 mg
Reta 2.5 mg = Tirz 5 mg
Reta 3 mg = Tirz 6 mg
Reta 4 mg = Tirz 8 mg
Reta 5 mg = Tirz 10 mg
For example, if you're thinking, "I'll increase my Reta from 2 mg to 3 mg," remember that you're simultaneously increasing your Tirz from 4 mg to 6 mg.
There is no way to increase or decrease either compound independently because they are already mixed together in the vial.
Tirzepatide targets GIP + GLP-1 receptors, while retatrutide targets GIP + GLP-1 + glucagon receptors.
This means the blend should not be thought of as simply "Tirz with an added glucagon component." Both compounds have overlapping activity at the GIP and GLP-1 receptors, while Reta additionally targets the glucagon receptor.
MNM is not telling anyone whether they should or should not use this blend. Everyone is responsible for making their own informed decisions.
Our main message is simple: understand the fixed ratio and understand what you're actually increasing every time you change your dose. 🫶🏼
If you choose to use it, DO NOT RUSH DOSE INCREASES. Starting conservatively does not eliminate the risks of combining these compounds, and tolerability can vary significantly from person to person.
