KPV Dosing Protocol

General Guidelines

• Daily dosing

• Cycle length: 8 weeks

• Washout: 4 to 6 weeks

Reconstitution

Mix:

• KPV vial + 2.5mL (250 units) BAC water

Starting Dose

• 5 units (200mcg), once daily

Increase gradually only if needed to maintain benefits.

Dose Reference

• 5 units = 200mcg

• Increase by approximately 3 units (~100mcg) as needed

• Maximum dose: 25 units (1mg)
