Reconstitution

Mix:

• 10mg vial + 2mL (200 units) BAC water

General Guidelines

• Subcutaneous injection

• Inject 45 to 60 minutes before sexual activity

• Do not exceed 1 dose within 24 hours

• Do not exceed 8 doses monthly

Tolerance Test Dose

• 10 units (500mcg)

Used to assess tolerance before using full doses.

Standard Dose

• 40 units (2mg)

Inject 45 to 60 minutes prior to activity.

Maximum Dose

• 50 units (2.5mg)

Only if standard dose becomes less effective.
