ARA-290 (Cibinetide)
WHAT IT IS
ARA-290, also known as Cibinetide, is a synthetic peptide derived from erythropoietin (EPO). It is designed to activate the innate repair receptor (IRR) to promote anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective, and tissue-repair effects without triggering the red blood cell production associated with EPO.
COMMON BENEFITS
• May help relieve neuropathic pain, especially small-fiber neuropathy
• Strong anti-inflammatory support
• Supports nerve repair and regeneration
• May help restore immune balance in autoimmune-related conditions
• Supports tissue repair in stressed or injured tissues
• May provide metabolic support for Type 2 diabetes and nerve complications
• May improve lipid and glucose metabolism
INTERACTIONS
• Use caution when combining with strong immunosuppressants or biologic anti-inflammatory medications
• May have additive effects with compounds affecting angiogenesis or tissue repair pathways
• Use caution with anticoagulants and antiplatelet medications
• Antidiabetic medications may require monitoring due to possible hypoglycemia risk
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not use if:
• Pregnant or breastfeeding
• Hypersensitive or allergic to this peptide
• You have active malignancy/cancer
• You have uncontrolled cardiovascular disease
• You are at high risk of thrombosis
